Flue Tower Design and Installation

The following case studies highlight flue towers that were engineered with full coordination between our design team, the appointed chimney specialists, and structural consultants. Each flue tower system was meticulously developed using 3D modeling and clash detection to ensure seamless integration with the associated chimney stacks and surrounding building services. Fabrication was completed off-site under controlled conditions to enhance precision and minimize on-site disruption. The modular assemblies, including structural supports, access platforms, and flue liners, were delivered to site in two major lifts—streamlining the installation process and reducing crane time, labour hours, and health and safety risks associated with traditional, piece-by-piece erection methods.
