Got the first Air-tightness test last week for this house. One of three and received a 3.3 m3 /hr at 50 Pa. Good going before any remedial works. Just goes to show that good detailing and time in design will lead to good air tightness. Also the use of sips panels...dont think you could achieve the same levels in a block build.
